My PC order was professionally assembled (with tidy cable management), updated to latest firmware, shipped, and arrived to my doorstep in exactly one week.

Bear in mind, I only chose the standard build-time and delivery method.

They were also quick and friendly in their replies to any queries/requests I had.

I paid extra for a motherboard with a WiFi card and when it arrived the WiFi card was left in the box. Later I found out the the reason fir this is because you can't fit in the case the WiFi and graphics card because of the space. I don't know how you can miss something like this when building the PC.

AWD-IT are very responsive and products a reasonably priced.
All my orders were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Follow up queries were addressed professionally.
No problems recommending them for any PC components.

Recieved computer was happy with it, up until graphics card came faulty and could not use then have had to go through hassle of sending it back and getting them to to sort it, know they have received this item I am yet to hear anything back no updates etc…… has been going on a week now would have thought would have had a new car sent out instantly as computer was a lot of money really not happy with service considering price of item.

I'd rather buy from Scan or Overclockers for their brilliant return policy. These guys will rip off 10% as re-stocking fee for returned goods. Not using them again.

Delivery was super fast and communication when asking questions was excellent... Will definitely use again. Really happy.

Everything is very fast and professional! I ordered a computer on Friday, I already received it on Saturday, the equipment corresponds, it was assembled neatly and efficiently, thank you very much!!! I am very glad)))

Ordered a new PC case and followed up to check stock as I know the manufacturer has had supply issues. I received an immediate reply to confirm it was in stock and would ship later that day. Received quickly and very happy with the new computer case. DPD even delivered over the weekend.

The Web page was easy to use and having already purchased a motherboard from AWD it made it an easy choice to purchase the same item from AWD for the Misses.

My Items arrived very quickly. Both AWD and Royal Mail were on point, with quick dispatch and regular email updates.
Pricing was competitive and customer service was great.

I needed a new USB stick urgently for back up purposes and I'm pleased to say that Flash Voyager £3.0 arrived in good time. I paid for special delivery and it was worth it. I wasw given accurate info of delivery time and the item was handed over personally by the courier.

Brilliant experience, can’t complain. Pc arrived faster than expected, very good quality and prices compared to the main stream shops is much more value for Money.

Second time ordering with AWD-IT - first was a motherboard + CPU bundle a few years ago, recently was a new GPU. Excellent, quick service and delivery both times! Would recommend - and will buy from here again in the future :)

I bought the lowest grade mobo combo and asked a question if it would support what I use it for it and I was answered honestly. My board was flashed, well packaged and support is awesome.

I have now installed my board and cpu combo and am very pleased with my choice. I needed to step into the ddr4 world so I finally retired my 990fx. This 320mk /ryzen combo is perfect for what I use it for. Elden ring.
